Siddharth Dayalwal is currently working as a Developer Community Specialist at Storyblok. He loves to talk about communities & hackathons and has been actively involved in the space for 5+ years now! Apart from his full-time job, he is building Hack This Fall, which is one of the most thriving hacker communities in India. He has been a Major League Hacking APAC Hackathon Coach, empowering hackathon organizers to run their events and hackers to have their best experience.
Faeka Ansari is a Go backend developer with extensive experience in building and scaling tech communities. As a CNCF Ambassador, Google Developer Student Clubs Leader, GOLD Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador and GitHub Campus Expert, she has led numerous initiatives to advocate collaboration and growth in the open source ecosystem. Faeka is passionate about Kubernetes and cloud native, and enjoys hacking on projects that drive innovation in the tech world.

It is a participant-oriented meeting where the attendees choose a topic or an agenda and discuss the particular agenda. There is an exchange of ideas and opinions. At the Field Day, most of the events will be talks and discussions conducted by the attendees.
We welcome student leaders and members of tech communities across India. Most of the attendees will be undergrad students.
This Field Day is specifically for India, but keep an eye on githubfieldday.com for a Field Day in your region.
Field Day is free to attend!
Knowing about GitHub is always recommended. However, this event is not a technical conference. It's about communities, students and networking. We don't ask for your CV!
You will receive an application update soon after the registration deadline. If you are shortlisted, you will receive an email with all the details about the venue, accomodation and travel options.
